Consultation Services

• Refunds for chat, voice, and video consultations are reviewed case by case, primarily where a session could not be delivered due to a verified technical failure on our side or astrologer unavailability. Successfully delivered consultations are generally non-refundable.

AstroMall Orders

• Refunds, returns, and replacements for products are governed by the Return & Replacement Policy and Delivery & Shipping Policy below.

Wallet Recharge

• Recharged wallet amounts are generally non-refundable but remain available as balance for future eligible services, except where a refund is required by law.

Failed Transactions

• Amounts debited for failed or duplicate transactions are reversed or refunded to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.

1. User Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. Abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful behaviour towards astrologers, staff, or other users may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Consultation Recording Policy

Certain chat, call, or video consultations may be recorded or logged for quality, training, safety, and dispute-resolution purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

VIP and scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled within the window communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Delivery & Shipping Policy (AstroMall)

AstroMall products are shipped through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, product availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Return & Replacement Policy (Products)

Eligible products may be returned or replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided you raise a request within the period and conditions specified for the order. Energised, customised, or made-to-order items may be non-returnable.

6. Coupon & Promotional Offer Policy

Coupons, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to specific eligibility, validity periods, and usage limits, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

7. Wallet Usage Policy

Wallet balance may be used only for eligible services and products on the Platform. Recharged amounts are generally non-refundable except as required by law or in the case of failed transactions.

8. Subscription Policy

If subscription plans are introduced, their pricing, renewal, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase and will form part of these Terms.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Force Majeure

Adrustar shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, strikes, or government actions.

11. Electronic Communications Consent

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — including notifications, updates, and service messages — via email, SMS, app notifications, or other electronic means.

12. AI Astrologer Disclaimer

AI Astrologer responses are generated by automated systems for guidance and informational purposes only, may contain inaccuracies, and are not a substitute for a consultation with a human astrologer.

13. User-Generated Content Policy

Any content you submit (such as questions, messages, or reviews) must be lawful and must not infringe the rights of others. You grant Adrustar a licence to use such content for operating and improving the Platform.

14. Reviews & Ratings Policy

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that is false, abusive, misleading, or that violates these Terms.

15. Age Restrictions

The Platform is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using Adrustar, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

16. GST & Tax Information

Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. GST and other applicable taxes are charged in accordance with prevailing laws and reflected on your invoice.
